Our Human resources experts conduct extensive interviews before you even see the first resume. We will find the most suitable candidates through our ever-growing candidate database and external sources. After choosing the best candidates, we will start a series of tests including an English language proficiency examination, grammar, personality profile tests, computer literacy. We want to ensure that you, the client, and your remote employee, are perfect fit for a harmonious working relationship.Interview
Following our rigorous selection process, in this stage the final candidates will be selected. After a thorough interview by the Advanced Staffing Partners experts, three candidates will be recommended for a final interview with you.Final Interview is With You
We have now selected the three best candidates for you to personally interview. We will send you the candidates resume and suggested questions for the interview. Ask them anything you like. Get a feel of what motivates them and whether they are the virtual assistant you are looking for.
You then, let us know which one you decided to hire. We will then start the new employee onboarding process and make sure they have all the training they need to succeed.
